To end the business week, and to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, consider these 5 meanings of the word turkey (preferably before lunch):

TURKEY: a large mainly domesticated game bird native to North America, having a bald head and (in the male) red wattles. It is prized as food, especially on festive occasions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

TURKEY: A Eurasian country that stretches across the Anatolian peninsula in western Asia and Trakya (Rumelia) in the Balkan region of southeastern Europe.

TURKEY: Something that is extremely or completely unsuccessful, especially a play or movie

TURKEY: a stupid or inept person (e.g. "he was such a turkey for saying that)

(TALK) TURKEY: To discuss something frankly and straightforwardly.
