Kraft Gives Facebook Users A Reason To Interact

65161-KraftL Here's another example of how relevant, appropriate, and interactive marketing programs can be effective.

Kraft has recently tested two Facebook applications. One was a "Kraft Recipe Assistant"--doling out daily cooking tips.

The other was a program that donates meals to hungry families through "Feeding America" --six meals for each friend users convince to add the application.

The recipe assistant has 152 monthly active users. The charity program--25,000 Facebook users in less than two weeks.

Looking to gain a large, sustained following on Facebook or other social networks? Here's the three basic minimum requirements: Make the application 1). relevant/meaningful to the audience, 2). appropriate for the site and 3). as interactive as possible.
